Client Focus: Individuals, Couples, Families, Organizational Leaders

Areas of Specialization: Anxiety/obsessive thoughts; relationship conflicts; trauma; leadership challenges.

I focus primarily on working with individuals who are experiencing trouble maintaining close relationships. Whether the difficulty is with friendships, family, romance or professional relationships, there's usually a similar pattern at play. Relationship issues are often significantly influenced by emotional injuries or traumas from our earliest relationships, which then tend to result in experiences like anxiety, fear, avoidance, anger or even an overall deep sense of dread. If you feel like you're constantly preoccupied with how your relationships are going—or why they're going the way that they are—I would love to work with you.

I work from a place of immense compassion and understanding because I know you're probably feeling an incredible amount of distress and pain. My goal is to help you achieve clarity and insight into the underlying reasons for your experiences. Because this is delicate work, it's my priority to be sensitive yet direct as we work toward your therapeutic goals.

My hope is that you will feel deeply understood, closely listened to and heard, and achieve the changes you're longing for. I believe the best way to find out if we're a good fit is through a first session. Toward that end, you will only pay for the first session if it feels like a good fit and you wish to continue; otherwise the session will be free.
